Privacy policy
This is a placeholder, not a reviewed legal document. Before Switchboard takes real customer data or payments, this page needs to be written or checked by someone qualified to do that — what's below is a plain-language starting point, not a substitute.
What we collect
To run Switchboard we store the account and business information you give us at signup, the call, message and voicemail data the product exists to handle, and basic usage logs needed to keep the service working and secure.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. We don't use call content to train anything. Recordings and voicemail stay tied to your account and are visible only to your team.
Who else sees it
Calls and texts pass through the telephony providers that carry them, as they would with any phone service. Hosting and infrastructure providers handle the servers Switchboard runs on. Nobody else gets access.
