This is a placeholder, not a reviewed legal document. Before Switchboard takes real customer data or payments, this page needs to be written or checked by someone qualified to do that — what's below is a plain-language starting point, not a substitute.
The service
Switchboard is a business phone and messaging tool billed monthly, $199 flat per business. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time; service continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
Acceptable use
Switchboard is for real business calling and texting. Robocalling, spam, harassment, or anything that would get a phone number blocked or reported is not allowed and can get an account suspended without notice.
Availability
We aim to keep calls, texts and the dashboard up, but this is a small team and things occasionally break. We'll fix problems as fast as we reasonably can and won't hide outages.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so by email before it takes effect.
